Selecting Mikasa Weddings

I went to a wedding last week where they had mikasa crystal accessories on all of the reception tables. On every table were lovely mikasa wedding favors and mikasa crystal glasses. What excellent taste the bride has in decorating a wedding and reception tables. The mikasa accessories she had really added sparkle and elegance to her already beautiful table settings.
They had lovely little place card holders that were the cutest silver doves, with bride and groom placecards on their tails. The centerpieces she chose really helped to bring out the beauty of her reception tables. A beautiful floral arrangement was placed around pillar candles as the centerpieces. Their choice of wedding favors were something to acknowledge too. At every table setting was a lovely gift of mikasa crystal wedding favors. The beautiful mikasa crystal was packaged in such lovely favor boxes with nice little thank you hang tags attached.
Five layers of chocolate heaven with chocolate flavored cream cheese on each and every layer was the choice of wedding cakes they had. She topped the wedding cake with a very exceptional wedding cake topper. She shopped online for almost all of her wedding accessories and reception supplies and found out they customized cake toppers for weddings. All she had to do was send in a couple of head shots of her and her fiance and they customized bride and groom figurines that look exactly like the happy couple. They did a fantastic job capturing the faces of the bride and groom. I was determined to find out what the name of her online wedding store was so I could have them make up a cake topper like that for my mom and dads’ anniversary wedding.
The garter toss was really a riot, I laughed so hard. All those single men gathered together with a growing excitement while they watched the groom remove the leg garter from his bride. Then watching them fall all over each other, trying to be the lucky guy to catch it. What was really funny was that the winner of the garter toss was talked into participating by the other guys and he was a widower in his 70’s. As the old man walked off with the garter in hand he was smiling from ear to ear.
For the bridal toast we all had crystal champagne flutes, that we were also given to take home, with the names of the bride and groom, and date of the wedding printed on them. After the toast it was time for the bride and groom to take their place on the dance floor for their first dance together as husband and wife. Watching them dancing together, so elegantly, was so moving. When the bride and grooms dance was finished, everyone joined them for the next song. My poor feet suffered the consequences of my all night dancing.
Finally it was time for the bride and groom to depart for their honeymoon, and we all said our good byes. Hawaii was the honeymoon destination, from what I was told by one of the guests. I’m sure their honeymoon will be just as wonderful as their wedding day was. We all stay for quite a while after the bride and groom left and partied ourselves into exhaustion.
It was only a couple of weeks later that I got my thank you card from the happy couple thanking me for sharing their wedding day with them and for the wedding gift I bought for them. I was surprised to receive a thank you so soon. I did manage to get the information on the website that she ordered everything for the mikasa favor from and the unique wedding cake topper too. I’m ordering what I need for my parents anniversary wedding party today.
